FreqChip_Download_Console with command line parameters?

I want to use FreqChip_Download_Console from command line by passing serial port & file name as command line parameters. Is this possible? If so any help in giving the parameter format?

Or if there's any other tool to run from command line with parameters for flashing.

Command-line parameters are not supported, but we provide corresponding APIs for your use. They are available in the linked documentation.
